Shipping Policy

At Barnabas Beauty, we are committed to providing you with exceptional skincare products and a seamless shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy, outlining how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $39. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $39 or $39, a flat rate of $10 applies. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
