At BARNABAS BEAUTY, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We are committed to offering skincare products that meet the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and customer-friendly refund and exchange process.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds

Time Frame: Products purchased from barnabasus.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from barnabasus.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, or invoice.

Exceptions: 

   - Final sale items and discontinued products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
   - Gift cards, promotional items, and complimentary gifts are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
   - Bulk orders, defined as orders containing 10 or more units of a single item, are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Process to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@barnabasus.com 
  2. Provide your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
  3. Our Customer Service team will evaluate your request and, if approved, issue a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Package your return items securely. Ensure that all original components, accessories, and documentation are included.

    Processing Time and Refunds

    Return Inspection and Approval: Once your returned item has been received, please allow 10-15 business days for it to be inspected and for your return to be processed. BARNABAS BEAUTY reserved the right to accept or reject the refund request upon inspection.

    Refund Issuance: After approval, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

    We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. The prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you upon approval of your return request.

    We reserve the right to amend or update this refund and return policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
