Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping: Available on eligible U.S. orders with an order subtotal of $39 or more. Final eligibility and available shipping methods are confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the available rate depends on the items in your order and the selected shipping method. The actual charge is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost where offered. The actual rate and availability are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
